2. Quotations and Pricing
Domestic: Quotes are based on the initial assessment and are valid for 30 days. Changes to scope or additional work will require a revised estimate.
Commercial: Quotes may be subject to detailed site surveys and can include phased payments. Prices may fluctuate based on project scale, regulatory requirements, or site conditions.
3. Payment Terms
Domestic: A deposit may be requested prior to starting work, with balance due upon completion.
Commercial: Payment schedules will be agreed upon in the contract and may include staged payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may incur interest charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Domestic: Cancellations require 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur fees.
Commercial: Cancellation policies will be detailed in the service agreement and may involve compensation for pre-ordered materials or scheduled labor.
5. Workmanship Guarantee
Domestic: All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion, excluding damage from misuse or neglect.

7. Liability

8. Healthy and Safety
Domestic & Commercial: All work complies with relevant health and safety legislation. Clients must inform the Company of any specific hazards or requirements.
9. Data Protection
Client information is handled in accordance with data protection laws and used only to provide services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
